Our office represented an importer who was issued a demand for a payment of customs duty debt of another company as a result of an alleged free of charge transfer of assets from the other company to the importer. The District Court of Jerusalem ruled in favour of our client and cancelled the demand.
 
On 22 August 2006 our office, on behalf of the Small Arms Importers Section of the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce and other bodies filed a petition before the Supreme Court (Israel's highest instance) against the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Finance and the Knesset's Finance Committee, calling for the abolition or reduction of charges imposed on import and export of small arms
